A parlamentar está trabalhando para que o projeto tramite em regime de urgência. Por isso, todo apoio é fundamental.
O PL 21/2023 tem como objetivo promover justiça aos servidores públicos concedendo, retroativamente, a contagem do tempo entre 27 de maio de 2020 e 31 de dezembro de 2021 para fins de anuênios, triênios, quinquênios, sexta-parte, licença-prêmio e demais direitos equivalentes.
Além disso, o projeto autoriza que todos os entes federados possam realizar seus pagamentos retroativos, caso seus períodos aquisitivos tenham sido completados durante esse tempo.
